Shipping and Return Policy

  • Thank you for choosing SafePartySupply.com! This policy outlines our shipping and delivery practices for orders placed through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.


    Order Processing Time

    We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. We’re committed to keeping things fast and efficient!


    Order Verification

    To ensure compliance with our policies, we may require additional verification to process your order, including age verification. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us prevent minors from placing orders.


    Shipping Methods and Carriers

    For privacy and security, we never ship from the same location or city twice. In the event of a Canada Post strike, we will switch to an alternative carrier to ensure your order reaches you.


    Tracking Information

    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number along with instructions to monitor your package’s progress online.


    Geolocation Restrictions

    We only ship within Canada. Orders with destinations outside of Canada will not be processed, and refunds will not be issued. Please ensure your shipping address is within Canadian boundaries before placing an order.


    Address Accuracy

    It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. SafePartySupply.com is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or non-deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.


    Non-Delivery (Mail Theft, Risky Delivery Regions, Acts of God)

    If your package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact Canada Post or the carrier handling your parcel. For privacy reasons, we cannot contact carriers on your behalf.

    If you provided an incorrect address, we are not responsible for replacing your package. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for delays or non-deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • Natural disasters
    • Strikes
    • Pandemics
    • Mail theft

    Please note: The Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are known for high rates of mail theft. Ordering to these regions is done entirely at your own risk.


    Incomplete Orders

    If we are at fault for an incomplete order, we will provide you with either a credit or a replacement item of equal or greater value. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

    Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer direct returns or refunds.

    If you’ve entered an incorrect address, we recommend contacting the courier directly to resolve the issue. Please note that opening someone else’s mail is a federal crime, but you are within your rights to contact the courier and request your package.

    Once we’ve shipped your order to the address you provided and supplied you with a valid tracking number, SafePartySupply.com assumes no further liability for your package.
